unhandled exception in SSProfiler, failed to bind

Hi,

I have imported some VB.NET code and am able to build and run the code fine.  However whenever I set a breakspoint in the code and run it then I get a message box from the Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger saying "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in SSProfiler75.exe [3436]".  In the EA Output window I get a message saying "Warning, all breakpoints failed to bind, check binaries built with debug information and source files synchronized with model". I am pretty that I have met both of these conditions.

I am running EA v8.0.864 on XP SP3 with Visual Studio 2010.  The VB.NET is compiled against .Net 2.0.  The code references ESRI ArcGIS libraries.

Any suggestions?
