Business Rule Model

I can't seem to find the Business Rule Model in the "select model(s)" browser. Am I looking in the correct place??

Business Rule Modeling is available in the Business and Software Engineering edition and Ultimate edition of Enterprise Architect

Which edition and release of Enterprise Architect are you using?
