How to document periodic changes

I'm attempting to document model changes from one baseline to the next, and more importantly, communicate those changes to other non-EA users.

I know I can create a baseline, and do a compare, but there is no "report" option of that compare that I can export - or did I miss something?

There are options in the RFT documentation feature to document things created or modified after a date, but it seems to still report way too much material.

Can someone provide some guidance to this newby on how to pull JUST changes or additions to a model out for non-EA users ?
