TaggedValue only on first package in RTF template

Hi,

step for step i'm starting to get together with the template editor. But also the questions rise and rise again and i didn't find my right answers.

New question:
I have a template for a Model package and need to set some special values only on the first page. How can i do this?

I don't have the tagged value on model-level but only on packages.
When i template the values in the package section, i get them with every other package again.
Is there a possibility to define two areas with package?
