Document Generation - History and Signatures

I'm trying to create an RTF template that will automatically generate my deliverables.  So I created my title page and the relevant packages in EA which will be the sections in the document.  

I'm stuck when trying to create my document history and signatures.  The document history is essentially a table that lists:
           - Revision Number
           - Approval Date
           - Description (ie. Initial draft)
           - Release Date.

I also need help in creating my signature page which again is another table that lists:
          - Author Name
          - Blank field for signature
          - Date

Is there any way in EA I can mock this up so when I send my document to RTF generator I would see these tables?

I have no real answer for you, cause i got the same problems.

 But i can give you two ideas:

1: Create a package which has your signature Table and Revision history in it.

2: Create a Wordfile and use a linked object to fill out all your needs.


My question to this matter makes it bigger, cause i want TaggedValues in front of the first and ONLY the first package. i still stuck in this matter
