Multiple occurance of post condition word

I am creating a report on my use case and i want to list all post condition in a table with heading such as post condition. My template is generating all post condition but before each post conditoin it adds post condition header.

So eventually I have 6 rows for my 6 post condition statements nad 6 additional row with heading post condition.

I just want to keep this heading once.
