EA Lite Install problems - Error 1935

Hi,

I want to install EA Lite on my x64 architecture , Windows 7 labtop (Levono T510).

Unfortunately the install program gets an error:

I'm not sure EA Lite support x64 OS. If the current version on the site http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/ea/downloads.html only support x86. Or is there a version for x64?

The 32 bit version installs and works well on my W7 64 bit machine.

EA works fine on my W7 x64 machine as well, so you better contact Sparx support about this issue.

Thanks for your answers. It was really helpful.

I figured out that I needed some updates from Microsoft. My OS installation is pretty new, so I think this has caused the problem.

I found several updates:

I'm not sure which one that solve the problem, but the updates fixed it
