Elements moving with relocated Activity Diagram

Has anyone else encountered this before in EA 9.0.908?

Create some elements in an Activity Diagram.  Move the diagram to another package in the project.  Some of the elements move with the diagram but are not shown updated in the model tree (check by dropping the package containing the new location of the Activity Diagram into another drawing and some of the activity model elements are shown, but not visible in the model tree).  Exit EA and open the model again, and some if the activity elements are shown in the package where the Activity Diagram has been relocated.  Seems that MergeNode, DecisionNode, InitialActivity and ActivityFinal elements show this strange behavior, while Activity elements behave properly (i.e. don't move with the Activity Diagram).

if the elements are moved back to the package where they belong after relocating  the diagram all seems ok.  A bit annoying while the model tree structure is being moved around as the model develops.
