Unable to create foreign key for Oracle ERD

Hi members,

I am new to EA. I am tryin to create an ERD for a new Oracle DB that is being developed. While creating the foreign key constraints between the tables,I am prompted that My foreign key table column should either be Unique key or a primary key,whereas this is not the case in Oracle but SQL Server I believe! Need help on this.
