How to agregate requirements

Could you get a hint how to create agregated requirement like in document

The "process time sheet" is requirement with customized color appereance? Or is created as link from use case "Process Time Sheet"
How to create this link in case it is use case element.

The connector is an Aggregate (found in the toolbox). The colour appears when you enable it in Tools/Options/Objects/Show Status Colors and set the status of the element.
