One diagram class but different views ?
« on: January 06, 2012, 06:50:03 pm »
Hello,

Is it possible to have one class diagram that can be displayed using different "views" ?
My need is to have one diagram with classes and attributes and one lighter without attributes. For the moment, I created two class diagrams.
I would prefer to have maybe one source class diagram and two views of this diagram. Is it possible to that with EA ?

Regards.

Sort of... Check out the diagram filter utility. It's not exactly what you want but it might help.

What I understood is that the filter tool allows to filter only on elements (or connectors), so not exactly what I mean.

It's impossible to create several views of a diagram because a diagram is a view (of the model) itself.
