New Requirement Stereotype
« on: February 16, 2012, 03:54:29 am »
I have created a new requirement category stereotype "Hardware" and I want it to appear in the drop down list. I have added it to the "UML Types" sterotype list and assigned it to a "applies to" a Requirement. How do I make it appear in the list?

You added the type in wrong place!

Use Settings | Project Types | General Types ...

Click on the Requirements Tab (you may have to click on the right arrow to view you)

Delete the requirement types you do not want (do not delete Functional)

Complete the text fields Requirement and Description, click Save

Your new requirement type will now be on the Type drop down list in the Requirement properties

Cheers

Phil

Models are great!
Correct models are even greater!
