RTF Styles - specifying the next paragraph style

In Microsoft Word, each style definition has an option "Style for following paragraph" so that you can write something with one style, for example a heading using the "Heading 1" style and then when you press enter you don't get another "Heading 1" paragraph you get "Body Text" or whatever has been specified it should be.  

The RTF editor seems to understand this if you've imported a template from Word,  but is there anywhere where the following paragraph style can be specified from within the RTF editor ?
