Permission sskeys.dat changed

We are in process of creating sskeys.dat in a file share of VCS cluster. The permission of key file is initially set to a group with write/read. When a first user, who belongs to this group, registers the key file, sskeys.dat,  the permission of key file is changed to this user. This prevents other users from access the key file with Access Denied. By the way the key file is created by the script 'sparxkeystoreservice.exe'
