Flow Charts

We use the 'flow chart' tool heavily for our process maps, as it corresponds most closely with our internal standards. I have a couple of questions:
1. Is there a way to make the tool more prominent in the Toolbox, as it is buried in sub-menus? (I'm aware of the click + space shortcut.)
2. Is there any way to add an element type to the Flow Chart toolbox, specifically the 'Partition' element (for swimlanes)?

- You can set the visibility via More Tools../Set Toolbox Visibility

- You need to create an MDG in order to have your own toolbox.
