Documenting JSP and ASP

Does anyone has any experience in documenting ASP and JSP (and "reverse engineer" them) in EA?

Most of the project in our organization are web based. We knew already how to document and reverse engineer our source code in Java and C#. But we are unsure how to proceed in regards to the web pages.

And while we are on the subject of web pages, how do we treat Javascript source code, can we model them as well?
