Move a swimlane?

I've created a component diagram with swimlanes. I was pretty sure I was able to move the swimlanes in older versions. I can't now. Why?

My version of EA is 7.1.832

Hm, it seems that I can't move only horizontal ones...

From memory there was an error in that build of EA.  I believe it was corrected in build 833, so upgrading should fix it for you.
