No RTF Documentation Option under Sub Menu

Hi.

I am using a Server based shared Ultimate license on a Windows XP SP3 machine. I have a rather large project with packages containing many elements and I would now like to generate the RTF documentation for them. However, following the procedure on your tutorial site (http://www.sparxsystems.com/resources/rtf/rtf_generation.html) is not giving me the desired results.

The problem is that the 'RTF Documentation' Sub menu does not seem to be available under the 'Documentation' menu. The only option available is 'Open in Relationship Matrix'. What am I doing wrong?

PS: This is supposed to insert an image of a screen shot, but i cannot get the stupid forum posting tool to include it. It only inserts this '[img]' thing below. A suggestion on this would also be helpful..

If you are using version 9.3, then click Interface [highlight]Customization Wizard[/highlight] on the Start Page, and check which Command Set you have active.

If possible set this to Full and all should be OK
