Locking problem

Hello,
please could somebody help me with problem with lock? After not processed check-out (which have cracked due to out of memory problem) now I received message "The ability to import is currently locked by user: " in case of new request for check-out.

Thank you for your hint. I have tried at first re-sync for problematic package, then for all packages, but it doesn't help..
