How to open other diagram with double click link?

I have a BPMN diagram with activities on them. I would like that when a user double clicks on a certain activity it opens a certain (usecase)diagram i specified (for that activity). Is there a way to do this?

I know i could create a separate hyperlink for that, but then i have a hyperlink AND an activity in my diagram.

Right-click the Activity and select

[highlight]Advanced | Make Composite[/highlight]

This should show the Activity as a collapsed sub-process (with the + in a square) and double-clicking will open the associated BPMN diagram

Just make sure the diagram is the only diagram under your activity when making it composite.
Afterwards you can move the diagram to wherever you want, the link will remain.
