Issue
I would like to set the color of the QualifierBox. How?

It appears that the qualifier box is treated as an integral part of the class and hence the only way to colour the qualifier box, is to change the default appearance of the class.

Select the class and press F4 function key, and the choose a background colour

The class AND the qualifier box will now have your selected colour.
