how to linked the packages?

what is the diff. between 8.0 and 9.3 version? im using 8.0 now.... coz im trying to link the packages, how to linked them...

good day sir,

about the package, can you please guide me how to use the external requirement modeling because i want to link some of my packages... for example i have a compliance matrix package that i want to linked with some of my technical description packages and print an RTF.

how to set-up relationship between requirements as well as relationship to other elements and then tracing relationship between requirements and other elements.

You can either draw relations manually in specific (Requirements-) diagrams or you can use the relationship matrix to do the same. Depends on your model structure which fits better.
