Removing Protected Text

I'm trying to modify copies of some of the system templates, and frequently run into cases where I am not allowed to delete protected text.  How do I delete this?

Hi, Sean

Usually this error happens when you are trying to remove some of the sections (the yellow-marked text in the template). You can remove them by unchecking the respective element in the window "Sections" (usually located at left of the main window of the designer), where you define which elements are included in your report.
