Traceability matrix in excel

Hello
can anybody help- how to make proper tracebility matrix, so that it can exported in CSV and shgout contain all information about requirement's properties and their traces on components, classes and test cases? and all in one csv report.
currently i've tried to make export on the requrements diagram, but it exports only requirements information without realize dependencies on other objects.((

you may do that with a integrated SQL-search or much better, by script.
