UML Profiles

Hopefully I am not duplicating an existing question.

Previously I had created a Profile Definition to add tagged values to the requirements object.  I was able to create the profile, add the tagged values and populate the tagged values with default values.  The extended "system requirement" has been used many times in the project.

There is a need to add a new tagged value to the existing "system requirement".  The new tag value was added, exported and imported into the project.  However, the default values (new and previous) are not being displayed.  Additionally, I was hoping that I could force the existing instances to utilize the new tagged value while retaining the other information.

Any insight or direction would greatly be appreciated.

Lookup for 'Synchronize Tagged Values'. There were several recent threads about this topic in the forum.
