quick links for Requirement->Activity?

using EA 9.3 i seem to be unable to use the quick link mechanism to establish a dependency between a Requirement and an Activity (which is allowed by SysML). for comparison the following work fine:
1) using the "Satisfy" relationship from the pallet
2) using the quick link to relate Requirement to Block

is it perhaps possible to customize the quick link function to add that relationship?

I think you can only influence the quick-link list when developing an MDG addin.
