usecase scenario and activity diagram

Hi,

I am relatively new in EA.

i am trying to create usecases with scenarios. I realised that i can easily create activity diagram based on the scenario.

but some of the scenarios are a bit complex. i would like to create the activity diagram and then relate it with the usecase.

my question is:
- does EA automatically extend usecase scenario entries if the activity diagram is extended?
- is there some sort of best practice where i can have a look?
