Tutorial for beginners?

Hi, I am enrolled in a requirement management course and in this we need to learn Enterprise Architecture. Thing is the teachers are rubbish   So i figured it better to find some tutorials.
I have had a look at the tutorials on sparxsystems.com in which they explain a bit about a company model they HAVE created. They didn´t explain how they did it. And the menues are so many, with so many options it´s hard to just figure out  :-?

So my question is, are there any good (preferably video) tutorials out there for beginners such as me?
