Adding new stereotypes trough "UML Types"

I've added three new stereo types to the base class called "change" via Settings > UML Types. If i add now new "Changes" in the Project browser (right-click > add element ) i can select the new stereotypes  in the dropdown. As soon as i try to update one of these created elements ("Changes"), the specific dropdown "type" do not show the 4 stereotypes visible in "UMS Types", but a couple of others.

Im sure, someone can give me a tip. I guess, i'm comparing apples with pineapples somehow.
