Generate Sequence Diagram for Actionscript & Java

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to generate sequence diagram for Rich Internet Application which consists of Flex (actionscript) front End and (Java BackEnd)?  Do i have to configure script seperately?  the java backend is not exectuable but only a jar file how can you set that one up? and it does not has any main method i will listen for the front end to call. I know its a bit confusing but i would really appriciate if someone can help me.  Sorry i forgot to mention this is an existing project and i would like to reverse engineering actionscript and java code.
