Can't Modify UI List Box Items

I'm working on a UI Screen in EA (v9.1.909) and just added a List Box.  For the life of me I can't find where to configure the displayed values in the list.  Also, the title of the list just says "Items".

I assuming you must be able to change these values (????) but where???

I have the same problem.  This was asked 18 months ago and the documentation hasn't improved.  Does anyone know how to do this?
