Change Source Code Folder to Generate/Sych

I have a trunk and several branches for my project.

I did initial import from trunk to my class diagram. Now I need to start to work on one of the branch. But EA already remembers the source code from trunk directory.

How can I change it?

I guess you have to checkout manually and then issue Get All Latest. This is just a guess...

Sorry, I did not make myself clear. I mean code engieering against changed folder.
