Imported MDG Technologies not listed in Settings

In EA 9.3, when I import a new MDG technology using Tools->MDG Technology Import, the technology is imported correctly and the XML file is copied to the %AppData% directory.

However, when I open Settings->MDG Technologies, the technology is not listed.  That makes it difficult to know for sure whether or not my technology has been loaded by EA.

While developing a new MDG technology, I need to remove the currently installed tech and then reload it often.   It would be nice if all of the different methods for handling MDG technologies agreed with each other.

If it isn't listed, you know for sure that it hasn't been loaded. Restarting EA will do it, or you can go into the MDG Technologies dialog and force a rescan of all folders by adding or removing a path.
