Problem with SVN and line breaks

Hello,

we use a SVN repository for model versioning. The compare tool under "Package Control -> Compare with Controlled Version" shows differences, even when there are none. I think this is related to the line break handling in the compare tool, because removing the line breaks in the MDG (which are encoded with "
" ) will not cause this differences anymore.

Is there a way to deal with this problem? Maybe to encode line breaks in a different way or set another text encoding anywhere?
