Notes Format

Sometimes I populate an EA Notes field by copying text from another application (e.g. Microsoft Word). When I do this the format comes with the text, so the notes field has the same format as the text copied in. Can I remove the formatting and restore it to whatever is the default format for EA?

Cut the whole text from EA, paste it in notepad, copy it back from notepad and past it in EA.
