Document Template: check element connector part

Hi,

I would like to check in a document template if an element is the source or the target of a connector. If it is the source I would like to only report the target, and vice versa.

For instance, if I have an association A --> B, and the element being traversed by the document generator is B, I would like to only output something like:
Association from A
If the traversed element is instead A I would like to output:
Association to B

Is there a way to achieve this?
