What licence is the eaapi.jar ?

Given i'd like to develop against the eaapi (java automation interface), which license is it under? There is no LICENSE file within the jar.

It comes under EA's license, which means that if you develop against it, each user of your application will requires a valid license of EA to use any aspects that require EA functionality.
