Creation of Time Based Views in UPDM

How do I create the time based views described in DoDAF/MODAF/UPDM using Sparx? The views I am talking about are the CV-3 (Capability Phasing) and PV-2 (Project Timelines)

With both CV-3 and PV-2 what is simplest is to set up a Swimlane Matrix with Columns for the periods and Rows for Capability Phasing. Then add your capability Elemnents across these  and size them acording to the period covered.

If however your timelines are within the space of month you can consider using the the Gantt charts of Project Management - Resource Allocation in EA.
