Moving to a new Machine - transferring preferences

Hi, I just got a new machine at work and have installed EA on it. However, I would like to "restore" the setup I had on my old one, that is, the various customizations to visual style, menus, workspace, etc.

Is there a simple way to do this? Perhaps a settings file I can copy over from the old machine?

My backup routine includes:

The registry (HKEY_CURRENTUSER\Software\Sparx Systems)
Application data (%appdata%\Sparx Systems)
