Cloud Services Admin Client

Trying to use the v11 Beta. I can install the cloud services fine, but the documentation says to connection to the 'Admin Client'. There are no instructions on what this client is or how to connect. Is it a url? A separate program? An EA command?

OK, found it. there is a 'Client' folder under EA with a standalone executable. Should probably add a short cut to it in the final install package.
