Linux version
« on: February 11, 2014, 08:41:40 pm »
I am probably blind, but I can find no information about EA for Linux ? I wanted to install it under my Ubuntu OS on my PC and try it out, but can find no information on this despite the 'News' section saying that version 10 supports Linux !

Search this forum (button top left) for crossover. There is only a Windoze version of EA.

I usually run it under Parallels but also had it run under Wine rather ok.

Thanks both.

I will give the windows emulator a try. I assumed that the message "Enterprise Architect Version 10 now available for Linux! Check the latest news section for details! " in the scrolling News section of this forum meant that there was a native Linux version, hence the question, but I guess I was wrong  ;).

regards

Marketing talk that is :-( Actually I'm running EA on a Mac. So they could with the same reason write EA Ready for Mac. Haha.
