Formatting a custom RTF output fragment

The EA help mentions that the output in a custom RTF fragment can be formatted by setting the attribute Formatted="1". However there is no description of what formatting can then actually be applied.

I need to format the output as a non-bulleted list.

Anyone know what the allowed formatting codes are?
