Numbers int ToC error

Hello friends,

I´m try to do a RTF template but my Table of Contents doesnt work well.

My Table of Contents appears like this:

1 Introduction
2 Fundamentals
2.0.1 Sub-Fundamentals

But my Document numbering render like this:

1 Introduction
2 Fundamentals
2.1.1 Sub-Fundamentals

Inspite of appear 2.1.1  in my ToC render 2.0.1

Anyone could help me about this
