Data Management functions not presented

I got myself into a jam and did not get to backup a new project I created. The file got crrupted on an import and when I went to use the Data Management capabilities to repair the EAP file, they are not there. All I have is Shared Repository ... and Manage Firebird File as menu items.
I had to do this a while back in V9 and it worked fine.

It should be under Tools/Data Management/Manage EAP.

If not check View/Workspace and turn them on again.
