Read v 11 files with v 10?

Can I read v 11 eap files with v 10? I know I can read v 10 files with v 11.

I don't see why not, but the new features won't work as they do in v11.  For example a chart will show up as a class and not as the chart graphic.

Also you won't be able to open firebird files (feap) directly as those were not supported in v10.  Not sure if this can be done via ODBC.
