Demos Window Resizing Possible ?

I am new to EA.
Looking through the demos on my trial version, I have to say that it's awkward trying to follow what is being done AND shown because the magnification puts some of the window out of view.

Can this be configured so I can follow the demo without constantly stopping, scrolling and rewinding to see what project folder he opens and which click option he selects ?
I have already tried doing a zoom out (via a right-click option on the demo screen) but find that the lowest (default) mag is too big and the only other available mag is even bigger . . .
My monitor has a 17 inch (diagonal size) and is of standard (as opposed to widescreen) shape.

Any help much appreciated as I feel that this suite actually makes UML design and code reverse engineering more user-friendly than many others.

It looks like there is no such window scaling tool in EA.
