Toolbox profile

Hi I am trying to define a profile and i have some problem with the toolbox.
I defined a stereotype called  Function that  extend the metaclass "Activity" and specialize the stereotype "SysML UActivity". I inserted it in a toolbox, but when i use that toolbox i can see Function but i can't drag and drop it on a diagram.
Which can be the reason?
Is it possible to associate "Function" tu a structured activity?

What is the exact name of the toolbox attribute? e.g. "MyProfile::Function(UML::Activity)"
