How difficult is it to convert existing products developed using IBM Rational SA to Enterprise Architect?

Try the search button top left. I once did this for Rational Rose which worked using some exporter to create the right XMI. IIRC EA now has a couple of XMI formats where one is capable to import RSA format.

We are created a platform to migrate model content btw EA and SA - see this link for information:
http://www.aprocessgroup.com/products/apg-modelflow/
If you are interested in trying this out, please contact me and I'll glad to help you do that.
The challenge with the export from SA is the data structure when you create the CSV file with the std function in the tool. We use a custom CSV formatting that overcomes the limitations using the built-in function. There are no other OOTB options to export content in SA and import that into EA.
