Cannot connect to cloud service

Hi all,

I have cloud service installed with basic configuration.  but I cannot connect to it with EA using port 804.

I can connect to management port (803), and I can use EA to on 803 as well.  I thought port 804 is being blocked by a firewall, so I tried switching them but that did not help.  Only management port works, has anyone seen this before?

I've tried searching for Cloud Service Installer, but have only found this topic...

Where is the cloud service installer?  I've looked all over but just can't seem to find it.

Thanks for your response Qwerty, but search did not turn up anything related to cloud service connections ports.  I guess it is time to reach out to sparx support  *-)

The search is not the best one. At least they speeded it up some time ago to be a 100 times faster

There's also a Google group shadowing this forum. I don't have the address at hand and (since the speed is acceptable meanwhile) I don't use it often. But it might have better search results. Anyway, you should go to Sparx support now as nobody else seems to have an answer.
