Use Watermark in the first page

Hi,I don't see watermark in my first page when i generate documentation.

Explanation :
I created the template which contains 4 fragments template and the watermark picture.

I generate document from "model document" which options : my template, no cover pages, no styleSheet.
But I dont see watermark picture in my document PDF

Do you have an idea to resolve my problem ?
